Orders
You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your email preferences scheme and get early access to exclusive sale offers and events.
We work on a Pre Order Basis. Pre-order items are not immediately in stock and will be produced only when you place an order. They are shipped as per the estimated dispatch date mentioned on the product page.
Pre-ordered items are dispatched within 10 - 12 days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 working days within the UAE and 5–7 working days internationally. Shipping within the UAE is free, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.
We offer Apple Pay, Credit card and Debit card payment options to our customers.
As per UAE Consumer Protection Act, customers in UAE are entitled to a ‘Cooling-Off Period’ of 5 business days after placing an order.
How It Works:
- The Cooling-Off Period begins the first business day after receiving your email order confirmation.
- To cancel, please email us at help@kunstuae.com with your order details.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 5-day Cooling-Off Period to be valid.
International Orders:
If you wish to cancel your international order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
Kunst reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Shipping & Delivery
All our pieces are made on a pre-order basis. Production time is 10 - 12 days. We always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible. If your order is ready ahead of schedule, we’ll ship it early and notify you via email with tracking details.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order sooner for a special occasion, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order. We’ll be happy to check availability and confirm whether we can accommodate your request.
- Shipping within the UAE is free on all orders and will be applied automatically at checkout.
- International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout before payment.

Custom laws vary country to country, so you may be required to pay customs and/or excise duties or other taxes upon delivery in your country. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs Department in your country whether they charge any such duties or taxes on your order. Kunst does not collect any such duty on behalf of any authority and may not be held liable or responsible for any such charges.
Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us. You can also track your order on Aramex’s website: Track Shipments
Returns & Refunds
We proudly offer a 100% Quality Guarantee as all orders are handmade and produced specially for you once the order is confirmed. You can make a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. However, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, including reasons related to size, fit, or personal preference. Please note that we do not offer exchanges currently.
If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the problem including your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you. To place a return request email, at help@kunstuae.com
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect you can make a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Return request must be submitted within 7-14 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Non-Returnable If:
- The return is due to a change of mind.
- The return request is made after 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item is not received by us within 14 days of your return request.
- The item is not in original condition (e.g., tags removed, worn, or used).
- No returns will be accepted on sale items, marked-down items, or personalized/custom-made products.
- If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Kunst covers return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping and any customs or import fees.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the guidelines below. Customized and made-to-measure items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
